Part-Time Flex CNA
About The Position
Vista Prairie Communities is seeking a Part-Time Flex Certified Nursing Assistant to travel among multiple assisted living and memory care communities in an assigned region. The CNA assists residents with activities of daily living and health-related services to support their physical and emotional well-being. Responsibilities include providing customer service, completing delegated tasks, and providing resident care. Flex CNAs are expected to work a variety of shifts at multiple locations based on organizational needs, with mileage reimbursement for travel. The schedule requires availability for all shifts—AM, PM, and NOC—and one weekend per month. Hours may be picked up on any shift and day of the week. The role may have an opportunity to transition to full-time in the future, depending on community needs and Flex program growth. The listed wage is $25.95–$29.98 per hour based on experience, with a $3 weekend shift differential.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in Minnesota or Wisconsin.
- Must be eligible and willing to obtain CNA reciprocity in the neighboring state to support assignments across Minnesota and Wisconsin.
- One year of training in health-related disciplines and/or experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid state driver's license or a reliable source of travel.
- Availability for AM, PM, and NOC shifts and one weekend per month.
Nice To Haves
- CBRF training is preferred for candidates working in Wisconsin communities; it is not required, and required training will be provided after hire to candidates who are not already trained.
