Part-Time Flex CNA
About The Position
Vista Prairie Communities is seeking a part-time Flex Certified Nursing Assistant to travel among multiple communities in an assigned region and provide resident care. The role supports residents’ physical and emotional well-being by assisting with activities of daily living and health-related services. Flex CNAs provide customer service, follow delegated tasks, and deliver resident care at locations based on organizational needs. Mileage is reimbursed. The role may transition to full-time in the future depending on community needs and growth of the Flex program. Assignments are limited to Eagle Pointe in St. Francis, Minnesota; Red Cedar Canyon in Hudson, Wisconsin; Windmill Ponds in Alexandria, Minnesota; Copperleaf in Willmar, Minnesota; and Brentwood in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. The schedule requires availability for AM, PM, and NOC shifts, as well as one weekend per month. Employees pick up a variety of shifts across locations and days of the week based on organizational need.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in Minnesota or Wisconsin.
- Must be eligible and willing to obtain CNA reciprocity in the neighboring state to support assignments across Minnesota and Wisconsin communities.
- One year of training in health-related disciplines and/or experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid state driver's license or a reliable source of travel.
- Must be available to work AM, PM, and NOC shifts and one weekend per month.
Responsibilities
- Travel to multiple Vista Prairie Communities locations in the assigned region.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and health-related services to support their physical and emotional well-being.
- Provide customer service, follow delegated tasks, and provide resident care.
- Pick up a variety of shifts at multiple locations based on organizational needs.
Benefits
- Wage of $25.95–$29.98 per hour, based on experience.
- $3 weekend shift differential.
