About The Position

Benchmark is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. The role involves helping residents with daily activities, documenting care, communicating changes in residents’ health or behavior, and providing meaningful engagement and emotional support. Associates use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional, meaningful care. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
