About The Position

Dependable Health Services is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant to join its Home Health team in Las Vegas. This full-time, field-based role serves patients throughout North Las Vegas and areas north of Charleston Boulevard, on both the east and west sides of the valley. The CNA provides personalized, one-on-one care to help patients remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their homes.

Requirements

• Current Nevada CNA license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned Las Vegas territory.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and dependable, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to complete required background screening.

Nice To Haves

• Home Health or Home Care experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, ambulation, transfers, and activities of daily living.
• Monitor and document vital signs as appropriate.
• Provide care according to individualized patient care plans.
• Observe and report changes in patient conditions to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and families to support patient needs.
• Complete accurate and timely visit documentation.
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.
