About The Position

Crystal Lake Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking dependable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide hands-on overnight care for residents at its 235-bed facility in Bayville, New Jersey. CNAs help maintain a peaceful and safe environment during overnight hours, supporting residents with nighttime routines, mobility, comfort, and safety. The position is available full-time, part-time, and per diem.

Requirements

Active New Jersey CNA certification.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Solid communication and teamwork skills.
Understanding of overnight care responsibilities and safety protocols.

Nice To Haves

Current CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with nightly hygiene, toileting, and bedtime preparation.
Support resident mobility, including repositioning and transfers throughout the night.
Monitor residents and promptly respond to call lights and urgent needs.
Ensure resident comfort and safety during overnight hours.
Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team.
Accurately document care and overnight observations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and quiet environment.
Follow facility policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
Collaborate with nurses and team members to ensure continuity of care.
