About The Position

Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant to provide expert, patient-centered care in Hagerstown, Maryland, covering Washington County. The role provides one-to-one care in patients’ homes, working independently with support from the care team and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The schedule is PRN with flexible scheduling. The listed pay range is $22.00–$23.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy.
• CNA or Home Health Care Aide certification if required by state licensure in the state where care is provided.
• Must use proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home-management tasks.
• Assist with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health-care-related tasks.
• Perform home-management tasks, including basic housekeeping and shopping.
