About The Position
Professional Case Management, a leader in home healthcare, is hiring HHAs/CNA’s to provide in-home healthcare services to help those who have served our country. This role offers the benefit of one-on-one patient relationships and the satisfaction of enhancing clients’ health, quality of life, and peace of mind. The position allows for flexible scheduling, providing time for school, travel, volunteering, or family activities.
Requirements
- Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Current TB test

- Experience in skilled transfers
- Experience monitoring vital signs
- Experience with timely and accurate documentation
- Experience with range of motion exercises
- Experience with all activities of daily living including light duty housekeeping, meal preparation and patient hygiene
