About The Position
Concierge Care is seeking in-home Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) caregivers to support senior clients in their homes. The role provides companionship and non-medical assistance that helps aging adults live independently. Caregivers can make their own schedules, with day, evening, and 24-hour live-in opportunities available. The position is described as contractor work, with pay rates directed by clients and dependent on location, level of care, and client needs. The job is subject to a Level 2 background screening under Florida law, including completion of the Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse process.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to work is required.
- Must be self-directed and able to work independently.
- Must complete the Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse process and meet the applicable Level 2 background screening requirements.
Nice To Haves
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
- Alzheimer's or dementia experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and non-medical support to seniors in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Shop for groceries and provide transportation to errands and doctor's appointments.
Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay rates of $17.00–$20.00; live-in rates of $170–$215 per day.
