About The Position

White Oak of Columbia is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for its day-shift team in Columbia, South Carolina. CNAs provide compassionate, hands-on care that helps residents feel safe, comfortable, valued, and supported while promoting their dignity and independence. The position is available full-time or part-time, with a 7:00 AM–3:00 PM shift and every other weekend required. PRN positions are not available. The base pay is $18.00–$21.00 per hour. Employees working the 7:00 AM–3:00 PM shift on Saturdays and Sundays receive an additional $1.50 per hour, for weekend rates of $19.50–$22.50 per hour. Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
Provide compassionate, hands-on care while promoting residents' dignity and independence.
Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Work with nurses and fellow CNAs to deliver resident care.
Offer encouragement and supportive social interaction to residents.
