Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience and/or training (required)
  • Active Florida CNA Certification (required)
  • Ability to read and understand safety rules and procedure manuals
  • Strong communication skills with residents, visitors, and team members
  • Ability to produce a negative drug test

Nice To Haves

  • Active CPR Certification (preferred; on-site training available)

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily needs, including answering call lights, bathing, dressing, and ambulation
  • Support charge nurses by taking vital signs, repositioning bedfast residents, and assisting with treatments and examinations
  • Help manage mealtimes by escorting residents to the dining area or delivering meals to their rooms
  • Maintain resident safety and follow infection control protocols
