About The Position

BAYADA Pediatrics is hiring CNAs and/or HHAs to provide home care for pediatric clients in Ridgway. The role assists clients with personal care, activities of daily living, and household routines. BAYADA describes its home care team as supportive and offers training, clinical support, and opportunities for ongoing education and professional growth.

Requirements

For HHA qualifications, must be at least 18 years of age.
For HHA qualifications, have at least one year of verifiable work experience or have completed a Medical-Surgical clinical rotation in nursing school.
Alternatively, complete a certificate program comprising at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant training.
For CNA qualifications, hold a current Pennsylvania CNA license in good standing.

Responsibilities

Provide constant supervision.
Be ready to respond to emergencies.
Assist clients with mobility and ambulation.
Assist with transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
Provide toileting and hygiene assistance.
Support oral feeding.
Provide therapy support.
Perform household management tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, bed making, and sweeping.
