About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Arbor Grove Village helps foster a warm, supportive, homelike environment that prioritizes residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and working with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive care. Full-time evening and night schedules are available.
Requirements
- Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
- Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
- Have stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Demonstrate compassion, accountability, relationship-building, and excellence.
- Show supportive presence, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Provide companionship and reassurance to residents.

- Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
