About The Position

Brookstone Estates of Fairfield is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Aide in Fairfield, Illinois. The role provides individualized care according to residents’ care plans, assists with activities of daily living while supporting residents’ independence and dignity, and communicates health-status changes to the clinical team. The CNA also builds compassionate connections with residents and families, participates in ongoing learning, and protects the confidentiality and privacy of resident information.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in residents’ health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members compassionately to create a positive experience.
• Attend and participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with rules and regulations regarding the confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
