About The Position

North Capitol Nursing and Rehabilitation is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for full-time evening shifts and part-time evening and night shifts. CNAs help foster a warm, supportive, homelike environment where residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individual needs are prioritized. They assist residents with activities of daily living, provide companionship and reassurance, and support nursing services and coordinated resident care. The role calls for compassion, physical stamina, effective communication, and collaboration with nursing and other facility teams.

Requirements

• Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, teamwork, and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
