About The Position

Bella Sera is seeking compassionate and attentive Certified Nurse Assistants to support the unique needs of long-term care residents. The role provides personal care and assistance with daily activities while helping maintain a clean and safe environment. Certified Nurse Assistants contribute to residents’ comfort and dignity and work with nursing staff and residents’ families to provide respectful, patient-focused care.

This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week and varying shifts. The role is not on-call. The listed salary is $20.00–$30.00. A high school diploma and Nurse Assistant certification are listed as required; the qualifications also describe high school graduation or equivalent as preferred. Current Nurse Assistant certification must be maintained throughout employment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; the posting lists this as preferred in the qualifications and as required in the job summary.
• Completion of a Nurse Assistant training program and current Nurse Assistant certification.
• Maintain Nurse Assistant certification throughout employment.
• Complete required continuing education for certification renewal.
• Maintain required BLS certification.
• Pass the Telemetry Competency Test within six months and renew it yearly.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence with patients, families, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Record vital signs and report changes in patient condition.
• Maintain the cleanliness of patient areas and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and residents’ families.
• Promote a warm, respectful, and safe care environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive work environment.
