About The Position

American Senior Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Zionsville Meadows. CNAs help create a warm, supportive, homelike environment that prioritizes residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living and providing companionship and reassurance. Evening and night shifts are available. Full-time and part-time benefits may vary; terms and conditions apply.

Requirements

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Ability to demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
• Supportive presence, physical stamina, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and reassurance to residents.
• Help foster a warm, supportive, engaging, and homelike environment that values dignity, respect, and individualized attention.
• Provide nursing services and assist residents with mobility.
• Work with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Demonstrate compassion, accountability, relationship-building, and excellence in interactions with residents, family members, customers, and staff.
