About The Position

Certified Nursing Assistants at Brownsburg Meadows help foster a warm, supportive, homelike environment that prioritizes residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and collaborating with nursing and other facility teams to deliver coordinated care. Requirements

• Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior-care excellence.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, physical stamina, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and reassurance to residents.

• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to support coordinated and comprehensive care.
