About The Position

Canterbury Nursing & Rehab is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for full-time day and evening shifts. CNAs help foster a warm, supportive, homelike environment where residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individual needs are prioritized. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and supporting residents’ care in collaboration with nursing and other facility teams. Requirements

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Supportive presence and ability to create a comforting, engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Physical stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
• Ability to collaborate with nursing and other facility teams.
• Ability to work as part of a team toward a common goal of excellent resident care.
• Interpersonal communication skills that support a respectful and positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
