About The Position
Harker Heights Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking Certified Nurse Aides who are committed to compassionate, individualized care and meaningful connection with residents. The role supports Touchstone Communities’ purpose of making lives better for residents, patients, Veterans, and coworkers. CNAs are expected to uphold each resident’s dignity and respect while contributing to a positive, team-focused workplace. Available shifts are 6 a.m.–6 p.m. and 2 p.m.–10 p.m.
Requirements
- Valid Texas CNA certification, or proof of completion of a state-approved NATCEP program while awaiting the exam.
- A genuine passion for caring for others.
- A team-focused mindset and a desire to contribute to a positive, uplifting workplace culture.
