About The Position
Certified Nursing Assistants at Zionsville Meadows help create a warm, supportive, homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living and providing companionship and reassurance, while honoring each resident’s dignity, respect, and need for individualized attention. CNAs collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive care and contribute to a positive, respectful work environment. Full-time day, evening, and night shifts are available.
Requirements
- Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
- Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
- Have the stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
- Have supportive presence, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.
