About The Position

Certified Nursing Assistants play a vital role in fostering a warm, supportive, homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. The CNA assists with activities of daily living and provides companionship and reassurance, while respecting each resident’s dignity and providing individualized attention. CNAs collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to support coordinated, comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, physical stamina, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication.
