About The Position

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily care and work cooperatively with the care team to provide high-quality service. The role calls for strong attendance, multitasking ability, and a professional demeanor. The CNA provides personal care, supports resident mobility and positioning, documents health and meal information, and encourages engagement through exercises and reality orientation as directed.

Requirements

Hold a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
Be able to accurately record information and perform technical procedures.
Communicate well and demonstrate self-discipline and patience.
Genuinely care for elderly people and individuals with disabilities.
Understand and uphold the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Demonstrate strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing according to care policy guidelines.
Change linens and keep grooming supplies stocked.
Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
Accurately document vital signs, weights, intake and output, and meal consumption.
Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety.
Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
Follow safety policies and procedures.
Uphold the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
