About The Position

Certified Montessori Guides deliver an authentic Montessori experience, encouraging children to be innovative and independent. They implement the Montessori curriculum and facilitate engaging, interactive learning experiences; follow licensing guidelines and school and company standards to ensure daily care for every child; observe, assess, and plan for children while communicating effectively with families; and complete ongoing professional development in Montessori pedagogy and early childhood development.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Credentials as a Montessori educator from an accredited training program.
• Experience in a licensed child care center, Montessori school, or related field.
• Meet state education requirements; additional school requirements may apply.

Nice To Haves

• MACTE-accredited Montessori educator training is preferred.
• Previous lead teacher experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
