About The Position

Requirements

Current Missouri Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized care to support residents with activities of daily living.
Encourage residents to socialize and engage with one another.
Create a safe environment for residents.
Administer prescribed medication or assist residents with self-administration, and maintain related medical records under RN and/or LPN supervision.
Maintain accurate, complete medical records and written documentation in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Transport assigned residents to and from dining areas.
Feed or assist residents as needed.
Make frequent rounds and check on residents.
Supervise nurse’s aides and ensure they are assisting and caring for residents appropriately.
Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary.
Follow up to ensure identified problems are corrected.
