About The Position

The Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital Rural Health Clinic Medical Assistant provides professional nursing care for clinic patients under the supervision of the nurse manager or physician. The position assists physicians and staff in coordinating patient care.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a Medical Assistant Program and have completed the required clinical hours.
• Must obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
• Must maintain current CPR certification.
• Demonstrate accuracy, dependability, and good communication skills.
• Be highly organized and able to use office equipment effectively.
• Be flexible, dependable, and able to adapt to change.
• Be able to respond to emergency situations.
