About The Position

Asbury Chandler Estates is hiring a Certified Med Tech to assist residents with daily living activities while preserving their dignity and independence. The role includes safely and accurately administering prescribed medications in multiple forms, following a strict three-step verification process to confirm the resident, medication, and dosage or timing, and ensuring medication labeling is compliant to help prevent errors. Attention to detail and adherence to protocols are essential. The position requires availability every other weekend and holidays.

Full-time shift options are 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. with a $0.75 shift differential, 11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. with a $1.50 shift differential, or 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. The stated pay rate is $18.00 per hour. Applicants must complete a required 3–5 minute questionnaire after applying.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability every other weekend and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of a recognized Medication Administration course.
• One year of experience or training working with older adults or in the retirement housing industry.
