About The Position

Alvita Care is seeking compassionate, reliable, certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care to clients throughout Ocean County, New Jersey. Multiple client locations are available, offering opportunities for convenient commutes and flexible scheduling. Alvita Care provides home healthcare and personal care services, including in-home personal care, Alzheimer's and dementia care, palliative and hospice care, and geriatric care management. The agency serves private-pay clients and does not accept Medicare or Medicaid. The position has day, night, and weekend shift opportunities, with full-time and flexible schedules available. Drivers are a plus, and a valid driver's license is not stated as a requirement. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements; the 401(k) match is subject to company plan requirements.

Requirements

• Must have a valid HHA certificate.
• Must be COVID-19 vaccinated or have an approved exemption.
• Must have updated medicals and vaccinations, or be willing to obtain them.
• Must have completed drug screening or a Habituation Form.
• Must demonstrate a reliable and compassionate approach to client care.

Nice To Haves

• Driving experience; drivers are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
