About The Position

Winthrop Health & Rehab is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents. The CNA builds meaningful relationships with residents and supports their daily needs with dignity and respect. Available shifts include four day shifts, two evening shifts, and two night shifts. The position pays $18.71 to $21.00 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, and weekly pay. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Georgia, or eligibility to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
