About The Position
Rancho Rehab & Healthcare is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to join its clinical team and help maintain a high level of resident care. The role provides personalized care to support seniors with activities of daily living, promotes resident socialization and engagement, and helps create a safe and clean environment. Shifts are eight hours and available across all shifts; the posting indicates full-time and part-time availability.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Missouri.
- Vaccination against COVID-19 or willingness to receive it.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to support residents with activities of daily living.
- Encourage residents to socialize and engage with one another.
- Create a safe environment for residents.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene.
- Set up meal trays and document food and fluid intake.
- Make beds and keep residents’ spaces clean and tidy.
- Perform other tasks involved in residents’ daily care.
