About The Position

Clinical Associates is seeking Certified Clinical Medical Assistants to work with healthcare providers in a multispecialty setting. The role involves providing patients with a positive, supportive, nurturing, and professional experience through call triage, patient rooming, assistance during office visits, and follow-up with patients or families. Full-time candidates with proven EHR experience will have hands-on patient-care responsibilities and opportunities for enrichment and growth. The position is based at offices in Reisterstown, Pikesville/Woodholme, and Towson, Maryland, and requires reliable transportation to travel between offices and satellite sites. The schedule is Monday through Friday for 7.5–8 hours per day, with availability required between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Current registration or certification with an accredited Medical Assistant program.
Excellent patient-care and customer-service skills.
Ability to learn the Nextgen EMR and Phreesia application.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable transportation to travel between offices.
Willingness to work in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Proven EHR experience.

Responsibilities

Assist during routine examinations.
Record patient histories and log vital signs.
Obtain and track authorizations and test results.
Enter laboratory and diagnostic test orders.
Schedule appointments, procedures, and imaging.
Provide Patient Service Representative coverage when needed.
Triage calls, room patients, assist during office visits, and provide follow-up to patients and/or families.
Travel between offices and satellite locations.
