About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in Clarksburg, MA, and surrounding Berkshire County communities. This family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role is open to experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and homemakers, as well as people beginning a caregiving career. Previous caregiving experience is a plus but is not always required; free training is available to qualified applicants.

Caregivers provide support according to their qualifications and client needs. Pay is $18–$21 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Flexible scheduling is available, including daytime, overnight, weekday, and weekend shifts, with 8–12-hour shifts offered. Immediate start opportunities are available. A $250 sign-on bonus is offered to qualified new hires who work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during their first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry, and run errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
