About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in their own homes in Hinsdale, MA, and surrounding Berkshire County communities. The family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Openings are available for experienced caregivers and people beginning a caregiving career; previous caregiving experience is not always required. Duties depend on the caregiver’s qualifications and client needs. The role offers flexible scheduling, immediate start opportunities, short shifts, and 8–12-hour shifts, including daytime, overnight, weekday, and weekend schedules. Pay is $18–$21 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Qualified new hires may earn a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days if they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period. Free caregiver training is available to qualified applicants.

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not always required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry, and run errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
