About The Position

Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a growing, relationship-driven service organization in Central Arkansas to help them find a Director of Growth /CEO. This position will be responsible for helping lead strategy, client relationships, operational improvement, and growth initiatives for a small but expanding division with significant upside.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in a finance, accounting, operations, or strategic growth role.
  • Background in a small to mid-sized multi-entity, multi-client, or service-based environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure results.
  • Experience with process improvement, team leadership, client management, or acquisition-related work.
  • Comfortable operating in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment with direct access to ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build trust with clients, employees, and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with ownership to shape and execute growth strategy for a specialized, multi-client service business.
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted, high-touch advisor to key accounts.
  • Lead day-to-day operations with a focus on planning, team management, efficiency, and service delivery.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, improve margins, and support decision-making.
  • Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities, and help support integration and post-deal execution.
  • Develop scalable processes, reporting, and accountability structures for a small team with room to grow.
  • Represent the organization in the community and help build strategic partnerships that support long-term expansion.
