This role is based in Somerville, MA, and operates within a hybrid work environment requiring 4-5 days in the office per week. Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree with 2–4 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, VC/PE, internal strategy, or Chief-of-Staff–type roles in high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environments.
  • Strong data and analytical skills — able to define metrics, track progress, and translate results into executive-ready insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Financial modeling and investment analysis fluency — able to build business cases, evaluate market opportunities, and translate data into investor- and board-ready materials.
  • Proven program and project management experience — comfortable with agile and lean approaches, designing and owning end-to-end business processes, and keeping complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on track with measurable outcomes.
  • Hands-on AI fluency — build with an AI-first mindset to accelerate analysis, synthesis, and execution; prototypes lightweight tools, templates, automations, and repeatable workflows to scale CEO Office and growth programs; basic scripting a plus.
  • Strong business acumen in high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Experience with cross-functional growth initiatives and GTM strategy is a plus.
  • Ability to take on ambiguous, high-impact growth challenges and turn them into structured programs and measurable outcomes.
  • Analytical, highly structured, and execution-driven with a financial lens.
  • Strong business acumen, operational judgment, and a bias for action.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, influence without authority, and maintain momentum on multi-year, high-impact initiatives.
  • Hands-on with AI and productivity tools — using them to analyze, track, and accelerate strategic programs and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the operational backbone of the CEO Office, ensuring strategy, programs, and cross-functional initiatives are coordinated, tracked, and delivered with impact.
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable plans, defining owners, milestones, and success metrics while keeping the CEO and leadership team aligned and focused.
  • Frame strategic options and recommendations for leadership decisions, ensuring trade-offs, risks, and implications are clearly articulated with advanced analytics and quantitative management models.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate analysis, synthesis, and the creation of repeatable workflows across CEO Office initiatives.
  • Prototype tools, templates, automations, and repeatable analyses to support the business, Company AI transformation, and overall scale journey.
  • Lead cross-functional growth initiatives from problem definition and planning through execution and measurement, focusing on strategic priorities and execution roll-out.
  • Build business cases, investment-style impact models, and prioritization frameworks to identify and pursue high-leverage growth opportunities.
  • Support international growth readiness (e.g., EU/Japan) by structuring cross-functional workstreams, aligning stakeholders, and tracking progress toward strategic objectives.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations for pricing and packaging initiatives, including segmentation, business cases, rollout plans, and internal enablement, ensuring alignment with overall growth strategy.
  • Own end-to-end project and program management for CEO Office initiatives, tracking owners, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
  • Drive multiple complex, cross-functional workstreams simultaneously while ensuring progress, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
  • Support the CEO and engage in real-time prioritization conversations, flagging trade-offs, surfacing risks, and offering a clear point of view.
  • Proactively improve workflows, processes, and execution across the organization with a company-builder mindset.
  • Own the day-to-day operations of the CEO Office as business needs arise, including logistics, scheduling, administrative coordination, and process management.
  • Build frameworks, operating rhythms, and accountability structures that scale the CEO Office and Executive Team’s impact.
