The Role: We’re seeking a Director of Growth Creative Strategy to lead and evolve the creative growth engine at ARMRA. This highly strategic and creative leader will architect and scale performance marketing content operations—developing world-class workflows, creative testing frameworks, and channel-specific playbooks that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role will partner closely with Growth, Brand, Product, and Retention teams to transform complex health and wellness concepts into compelling, high-converting creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and emerging channels. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative strategist, operator, and performance marketer, with a proven track record of building scalable creative systems that fuel growth.
