Centralized Scheduler
About The Position
Avita Health System is seeking a Centralized Scheduler for its Centralized Scheduling Department at Avita Crestline. The role arranges efficient, orderly admission of inpatients and admission of individuals receiving hospital-based outpatient testing or procedures. It ensures patient information is collected and patients are informed about hospital policies and procedures. The scheduler interviews incoming patients or their representatives, enters required admission information into a computer database, distributes appropriate information to ancillary departments, and participates in performance improvement and CQI activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience dealing with customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience or education working with financial accounts.

- Associate degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
