About The Position
Riverside Care & Rehabilitation Center is a 79-bed center providing short-term rehabilitative care, long-term care, clinical care programs, and physical, occupational, and speech therapies. It is part of Signature HealthCARE, a family-based healthcare company offering services across multiple states, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted and memory care, and home-based services. The Central Supply Staff member keeps supplies stocked and available, maintains inventory, orders and receives supplies, and monitors costs and related records. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent related work experience, and current, active CPR certification.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent related work experience.
- Current, active CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory and stock supplies at nurses’ stations and supply points, and distribute appropriate supplies.
- Record inventory and cost data and provide it to the business office and/or enter it into the computer.
- Inventory and monitor central supply levels.
- Order, receive, and restock supplies in accordance with procedures.
- Monitor costs and maintain related records.
