Emergency24 is a nationally recognized provider of professional alarm monitoring and emergency response services. Central Station Alarm Dispatchers are the first point of contact during emergency and non-emergency alarm events. They respond to alarm activations, communicate with customers and emergency responders, and ensure accurate and timely dispatch of police, fire, or medical services. This fast-paced, detail-oriented, safety-sensitive role requires professionalism, calm communication, sound judgment, and continuous attention. The position supports a 24-hour emergency monitoring center, where errors or delays may affect emergency response and the safety of customers, coworkers, and the public. Operators monitor alarm and video systems using company software, handle a high volume of calls, document activity in real time, and coordinate responses with public safety agencies and other emergency services. Paid, in-depth training is provided. Training lasts approximately six to eight weeks, is full-time, and runs Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The role itself is full-time, 40 hours per week, with shifts that may include overnight hours, weekends, and holidays. The company offers a stable work environment, a strong team culture, and long-term career opportunities.
