About The Position

The Central Receiving Coordinator supports the University of Washington’s centralized receiving model under the supervision of the Program Support Supervisor II. The Coordinator uploads documentation for audit and payment purposes, tracks chain of custody from receipt through outgoing delivery, communicates receiving issues, and helps customers resolve them. The position is regular, full-time (100% FTE), first shift, and represented by WFSE Campuswide.
