About The Position

The Central Billing Specialist is responsible for billing Central Billing Accounts related to Commercial Tire’s Strategic Accounts and ensuring billing accuracy. The role also assists with projects and works with the Strategic Account Team to address reconciliation issues. In addition to central billing duties, the specialist explores and recommends ways to enhance the customer experience related to invoices, statements, and associated processes.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Demonstrate attention to detail, business acumen, and process management skills.
Have listening skills and the ability to work well with all levels of staff.
Have strong Microsoft Suite skills, with a focus on Excel.

Nice To Haves

Five or more years of experience in business.
Experience in a growing team environment.

Responsibilities

Create and document Central Billing account processes.
Maintain the billing system and customer records.
Generate invoices.
Maintain accounts receivable files and records.
Assist with producing certain monthly metrics reports.
Investigate and resolve irregularities, questions, and disputes.
Work with stores, dealers, and the sales department to answer billing questions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
