About The Position

The Center Store Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working closely with the Store Manager, this role trains, guides, and empowers team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The position oversees center store activities, inventory counts, audits, invoices, and vendor check-ins, while helping maintain product availability and financial integrity. The Center Store Manager is part of the store leadership team and may step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.

Responsibilities

Lead and influence operational activities within the center of the store with accountability and empowerment.
Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
Under the Store Manager’s supervision, oversee center store activities and ensure daily task lists are completed.
Ensure daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
Conduct accurate inventory counts and audits to ensure compliance.
Manage invoices to maintain financial integrity.
Perform regular vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability.
Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
Serve as part of the store leadership team and step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
