About The Position

The Center Store Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. The role works closely with the Store Manager to train, guide, and empower team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate inventory counts, conducting compliance audits, managing invoices, and checking in regularly with vendors to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability. Under the Store Manager’s supervision, the Center Store Manager oversees center store activities and may step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.

Responsibilities

Lead and influence operational activities within the center of the store, with accountability and empowerment.
Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
Oversee center store activities under the supervision of the Store Manager.
Ensure daily task lists are completed.
Ensure daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
Step in to lead as part of the store leadership team when other leaders are unavailable.
Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance, manage invoices, and perform regular vendor check-ins.
