About The Position

As a Center Store Manager, you’ll be a hands-on leader responsible for driving operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll train, guide, and empower team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll also be accountable for accurate inventory counts, conducting audits to ensure compliance, managing invoices to maintain financial integrity, and performing regular vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability. Under the supervision of the Store Manager, you’ll oversee center store activities, manage inventory and daily bookwork, and help ensure operational and safety processes are followed. You’ll address guest concerns related to team member service, keep the Store Manager informed, contribute to the store leadership team, and perform Store Team Member duties as needed. Starting pay range is $18.00–$20.70. Actual pay may vary based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience, education, qualifications, local prevailing wages, and internal equity. The full salary range extends beyond the listed hiring range, allowing team members to continue to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

Lead and influence operational activities within the center of the store with accountability and empowerment.
Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
Oversee center store activities under the supervision of the Store Manager.
Ensure daily task lists are completed.
Ensure daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
Serve as part of the store leadership team and step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance, manage invoices, and perform vendor check-ins to support financial integrity, partnerships, and product availability.
