About The Position
The Center Store Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working with the Store Manager, this role trains, guides, and empowers team members to provide an exceptional guest experience. The manager oversees center store operations, inventory accuracy, audits and compliance, invoices, vendor check-ins, and daily bookwork. Under the Store Manager’s supervision, the role helps ensure daily tasks and safety processes are completed, service and maintenance tickets are entered promptly, and guest concerns are addressed. The Center Store Manager is part of the store leadership team and may lead when other leaders are unavailable, while performing Store Team Member duties as needed.

Responsibilities
- Lead and influence operational activities within the center store with accountability and empowerment.
- Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
- Oversee center store activities under the supervision of the Store Manager.
- Ensure daily task lists are completed and daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
- Ensure service and maintenance tickets are entered promptly.
- Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance and manage invoices to maintain financial integrity.
- Perform regular vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability.
- Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
- Step in to lead when other store leaders are unavailable.
- Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
