About The Position

The Center Store Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working with the Store Manager, this role trains, guides, and empowers team members to provide an exceptional guest experience. The manager oversees center store activities, inventory accuracy, daily bookwork, compliance audits, invoices, and vendor check-ins to support financial integrity and product availability. Under the Store Manager’s supervision, the Center Store Manager also helps ensure daily tasks and safety processes are completed, addresses guest concerns, and steps in to lead when other store leaders are unavailable.

Responsibilities

Lead and influence operational activities within the center of the store with accountability and empowerment.
Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
Oversee center store activities under the Store Manager’s supervision.
Ensure daily task lists are completed and daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance, manage invoices, and perform regular vendor check-ins to support financial integrity and product availability.
Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
Serve as part of the store leadership team and lead when other leaders are unavailable.
Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
