About The Position

The Center Store Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working closely with the Store Manager, this role trains, guides, and empowers team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The manager oversees inventory accuracy, audits and compliance, invoices, vendor check-ins, and center store operations. Under the Store Manager’s supervision, the role also completes daily bookwork and may lead the store when other leaders are unavailable.

Responsibilities

Lead and influence operational activities within the center of the store with accountability and empowerment.
Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
Under the Store Manager’s supervision, oversee center store activities and ensure daily task lists are completed.
Ensure daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
Serve on the store leadership team and step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance, manage invoices to maintain financial integrity, and perform regular vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability.
