About The Position
The Store Manager is a coffeehouse leader responsible for running the business and leading a team that creates welcoming experiences and meaningful moments of connection for the community. The role involves leading with craft and heart and supporting the growth and development of team partners through coaching and mentorship. The position requires full-time work, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
- At least a high school diploma or GED.
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country where applying.
- Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, including variable hours and early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
