About The Position

StorageMart is seeking a Store Manager to support store operations and business growth while delivering a strong customer experience. The role includes assisting with sales, communicating with customers by phone, in person, and email, maintaining the facility, managing customer accounts, and handling administrative work. The Store Manager may occasionally travel between locations to support other stores and uphold consistent standards. Light property maintenance and cleaning are part of the role.

Requirements

Retail sales and administrative experience are a plus; training is provided for the right candidate.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to work outdoors and maintain the grounds.
Valid driver’s license, valid insurance, and access to a vehicle.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate to improve business growth and maximize sales.
