About The Position

StorageMart is hiring a Store Manager in Springfield, Missouri, at $17.00 per hour. The Store Manager helps oversee store operations, support business growth and sales, provide customer service, maintain the facility, and manage customer accounts and administrative tasks. Responsibilities

• Collaborate to enhance business growth and maximize sales.
• Assist customers by phone, in person, and email, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
• Open, operate, and close the office.

• Handle customer accounts and assist with account setup.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including debt management.
• Occasionally support other stores while maintaining consistent standards across locations.
