About The Position
The Center Store Associate works independently to display and stock products and contribute to the financial best interest of the store. The role is responsible for meeting company guidelines for guest experience and complying with safety and food safety guidelines. The associate may also be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience needs.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Attention to detail.

- Retail or related experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and stacking merchandise in the back room.
- Fill, rotate, and merchandise shelves, cases, and displays on the sales floor.
- Notify the manager when products or supplies need to be ordered.
- Maintain familiarity with department products and their locations in the store.
- Handle spoiled or damaged products according to established guidelines.
- Maintain clean, attractive, and well-stocked departments.
- Follow personal protective equipment and safety guidelines.
- Follow food safety and cleaning expectations.
- Follow guest experience guidelines.
- Perform tasks in other departments when assigned based on customer experience needs.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
